After you receive a copy of the completed, or mostly completed, tax file, whether in print or PDF, including through email, no refunds will be given for any reason. However, if you request a refund before receiving the completed, or mostly completed, tax file, it will be issued to you in the same way as your initial payment. Please be aware that any bonuses offered are not connected to your tax file and are not eligible for a refund or chargeback. Additionally, our refund policy also applies to any payment cancellations or chargeback requests made once a customer has received their PDF copy of the tax return.
